Hey, everybody Today we are going to be making a recipe that I really need to make more of. It is something between a pizza and a deep dish pizza but whatever you want to call it one thing is for certain it was yummy.


The character in question is Veresa. She is an athletic person who lives in Natlan. She is known for her love of food and her big appetite. I honestly struggle with characters like her because she will eat pretty much anything, it’s hard to choose, when the options are limitless.


This was one of those recipes that just came together. We had a bunch of the ingredients already because they were given to us or we already had them in the house. As you may know, I am a bit obsessed with the pizza dough recipe.


That is really what this recipe is: a pizza crust recipe, fresh tomatoes (you can use canned), ham, and cheese. You could also experiment with toppings, I mean if you so wanted to you could add pineapples. It’s your pizza. You do what you want!


For the pizza dough recipe, I doubled the recipe. You don’t have to, but I used a 9×13 baking dish and it fed a family of 7 adults.

For one pizza dough recipe, you are going to want:
1 Pkg. of yeast (2 1/4 teaspoons)
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 1/2 cups flour
I doubled this recipe so it would fit in a 9×13.


The first thing you are going to want to do is preheat your oven to 425°F


Dissolve your yeast in warm water and let it sit for about five minutes.


Add in the remaining ingredients.


The recipe states that you beat it vigorously for 20 strokes. But I put the pizza dough in the stand mixer and kneaded for five minutes there and then kneaded by hand for another five minutes.


According to the recipe you can let it rest for as little as 5 minutes, however, let it rest for 30 minutes.


I shaped it so it would fit a 9×13 pan.


Added the toppings for this time it was tomatoes I cut up the tomatoes and placed them on the pizza.


I then diced up the ham. And topped all of that with Cheddar cheese, simply because that was the cheese I had on hand.


I baked the pizza for about 20
minutes.

This was a perfect Summer recipe
because all of my ingredients were fresh. But, I could easily make this recipe with canned tomatoes, whatever meat you had and you don’t technically need to have cheese if you don’t want any.


This recipe was so fun to make, because I had no idea what I was making. But I knew that I wanted to use a lot of the fresh veggies that I had in the house. I am pretty sure I added onions, garlic, and zucchini. And everyone loved it.
