Hello, every birdy. Today is a recipe that I have made a bunch of in the past. And I honestly thought that this was perfect for the character in question.

Jean (like the pants) is the Acting Grand Master in the Knights of Favonious. She is an anemo character from Mondastadt. And her favorite food in the entire world according to her is Pizza.

This was my second attempt at making pizza and I think it turned out well.

We are going to be following the Betty Crocker Pizza Crust.

The link to the recipe and the measurements will be in the description down below.

What you will need for this recipe are:
- Flour
- Sugar
- Salt
- Active dry yeast
- Olive or vegetable oil
- Very warm water (somewhere between 120F to 130F)
- Whatever pizza toppings you choose
- We choose ham and Pineapple for one and ham and bbq for the other.

In a large bowl, you are going to mix together your flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Add in 3 tablespoons of oil and warm water.

Next, you are going to mix your ingredients together on medium speed for 3 minutes. Or you could do this by hand as I did. And it is fine. Just make sure that you are frequently scraping down the sides of the bowl.

Now you will want to add enough flour until the dough is soft and it leaves the side of the bowl.

You are going to place your dough on a lightly floured surface, and knead for 5 to 8 minutes. Pretend to be a cat. You want to do this until the dough is both smooth and springy.

Cover it loosely with either plastic wrap or a proofing towel and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Heat the oven to 425F.

Grease two flat cookie sheets or 12-inch pizza pans with cooking spray. For our family, we usually do both of these. We make four pizzas, because of the fact that there are 7 adults living in this house. And somehow we are able to place all four pans in the oven.

Divide your dough into half, or equally between the pans.

Add your desired toppings. 2 of mine were ham and pineapple and the other two were ham and bbq sauce. Add both of them had mozzarella cheese. (Oh to be in such a time when cheese wasn’t almost $20. )

Now we are going to back these pizzas for 20 minutes on one wrack. And then once the timer goes off we are going to switch them. Adding the top pizzas to the bottom and vis-versa. Baking that for another 20 minutes.

This version of the recipe says to let the pizza set out for 30 to 40 minutes so that the dough can rise. However, the version that I have been taught does not have that. It just says to place it in the oven, right after putting the toppings on.

I am using a Betty Crocker recipe. However, it is not the newer version. The version that I have is from a Betty Crocker Cookbook from the 1970s. So it was a little bit different.

This was the first thing that I learned how to make using yeast. I told my mom that yeast bread and stuff with yeast scared me and she should me how to make the easiest thing with yeast in it. And she was like “this is how you do it.” And she guided me with every step. Being a visual learner, I understood a whole lot more.

I hope that you liked this recipe. Feel free to check out the recipe in the description down below. Thank you. See you in the next recipe.
