

Sul Sul, Geribts. Today we are going to be making a recipe in the instant pot. This is the perfect recipe for a hot summer day. When you want to bake but it is way too hot outside. We are going to be making a strawberry cake.

This summer I got two cake instant pot cake pans. Cake pans that are designed to go into the instant pot. And if you don’t have an Instant pot you can always use a pressure cooker.

The first thing you want to do is grease your pan.

In a large bowl you are going to whisk together the flour, sugar, and baking powder.

Add the milk, butter and vanilla extract.

Mix all the ingredients well and then fold in the strawberries.

Place the trivet in the instant pot and make sure that you add 1 cup of water.

Lin your pan with aluminum foil.

Place the baking pan on the trivet and secure the lid.

Select high pressure for 23 minutes and wait for it to naturally release.

And enjoy.

This recipe was honestly so easy and so fast to put together. The only thing that you have to be mindful of is, the cake is going to be more moist than any other normal cake. Because you are pressure cooking this cake and not baking it.
