Sul Sul, Gerbits! Today we are going to be making yet another recipe that is from my favorite cookbook of all time: The West Point Women’s Club Cookbook. I haven’t found a recipe that I didn’t like. We will be making an apple cake today.

The first thing that you want to do is preheat your oven to 350℉.

One thing that I have found that helps a lot and is not just something Baking youtubers use. It is actually helpful, and that is doing “mise en place.”

Which is when you measure out all of your ingredients that you are going to be using. This helps the baker or chef understand what they have used and what they haven’t.

It seems like it takes a little bit more time, but it honestly doesn’t. I am very bad a time management, so I can’t say that it saves time or it doesn’t save time because when I am baking time is irrelevant.

Now onto baking the cake. The recipe and the measurements will be in the description down below

First you want to beat together your wet ingredients. Which includes the eggs, sugar and oil.

Now you want to mix together your dry ingredients. The flour, baking soda and salt.

Add your dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.

Gently fold in the grated apples, nuts, vanilla and cinnamon to the batter.

Pour the batter into a well greased bundt pan.

Or 2 – 9inch cake pans.

If you are using a bundt pan, bake for about an 1 hour.

For 2 9-inch cake pans, bake the cake for about 30 minutes or when a toothpick in the middle comes out clean.

This recipe was really good and really simple to make. I hope that you liked this recipe.. Vadish, Dag Dag!
