Sul Sul, Gerbits. Today we are gonna be making a less sweet recipe, a pear custard pie.

In my opinion, pear is always sweeter than apple.  The recipe will be in the description down below.

You are going to preheat your oven to 350℉.

Coat a 9-inch round pan with cooking spray. You can use a cake pan, however, both the recipe and I used a cast iron skillet.

And it worked really well.  I don’t really understand but somethings don’t taste right if they are not made in a cast iron skillet, like cornbread.

Arrange the pear slices in the skillet or the pan.

Put the butter, eggs, milk, salt, granulated sugar, flour and vanilla into a blender; process it until the mixture is smooth.

Pour the batter over the pears.

Bake the pie for 40-45 until the custard is golden and firm to the touch.

Dust the top with powdered sugar before serving.

Enjoy!

This recipe was a lot better in regards to sweetness. The recipe will be in the description down below. I hope that you like this recipe. Vadish, Dag Dag.
