Sul Sul, Gerbits. Do you ever go into your kitchen thinking “I NEED TO BAKE SOMETHING! I DON’T CARE WHAT IT IS BUT I NEED TO BAKE SOMETHING!”  That is how I created this brownie/cookie recipe.

This recipe doesn’t really have a name, so I am calling them “Robyn’s Random Cookies.”

You are going to need:

  • Chocolate chips
  • walnuts
  • cocoa powder
  • sugar
  • flour
  • baking soda
  • salt, butter
  • vanilla yogurt
  • vanilla extract
  • eggs.

First thing you are going to do is preheat your oven to 375 degrees Farenheight.

Chop your walnuts and combine them with chocolate chips, cocoa powder, and sugar in a food processor. Set it aside.

Mix flour, baking soda and salt in a medium sized bowl.

Using an electric mixer, cream the butter, yogurt, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract together until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs, one at a time mixing well between each addition.

At a lower speed. Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.

Fold in the ingredients from the food processor.

Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. And spread the dough evenly over the two. You are going to be making a giant cookie.

Bake the cookie for 8 minutes.

While it is still hot, carefully cut 2 inch pieces.

This cookie is very brownie-like, it was very good.

This was a recipe that I kinda put together. The only reason I knew how to create a recipe for myself, was because I have spent so many hours making so many different cookies.

I hope that you liked this random “cookie” recipe. It was really fun, and Daphne said that she definitely wanted me to make them again. So, I call that a win. The recipe is in the description down below. Vadish, Dag Dag!
