Sul Sul, Gerbits. Once again we are going to be making something with zucchini. I am a little bit obsessed with zucchini at the moment. Today we are going to be joined by my mother-in-law, Bonehilda.

Today we are going to be making “Best ever” Zucchini Bread from one of my favorite cookbooks Good to the Corps.

*Cordelia looks over at Bonehilda, and says* Do you want to read the recipe? Preheat your oven to 350℉.

Grease and flour your bread or muffin tins.

The recipe and the measurements will be down in the description down below.

The first thing you are going to do is beat the sugar and eggs.

Add the oil and vanilla. I gotta go to work guys, good luck with your recipe.

Well, I guess we are on our own know. Add your dry ingredients: which include your flour, baking soda, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.

Add your zucchini and then you are going to add the raisins, coconut, and nuts.

In a bread pan, you are going to bake for 1 hour.

For a muffin tin bake for 20 minutes switching the tins after ten minutes.

This recipe was pretty simple to understand. However, I think I am going to make this recipe again and prepare it in the bread pan, not a muffin tin. This recipe in the muffin tin is very unusual. The ingredients did not marry well. But I feel like it would have been much better in a bread pan.

Well, this wasn’t the worst zucchini recipe I have ever done. Oh, boy is that a story for another day.

I hope that you liked this recipe. Make sure to like and subscribe for more recipes like this in the future. Vadish, Dag Dag!
