Hello, every birdie. Today we are going to be making some Homemade Hot pockets inspired by the best boy in Genshin Impact. Mr. Bennet.

Bennet is a young adventurer from Mondsandt, who doesn’t have much luck surrounding him. Luck is just not on his side. He even says to himself that he is the unlucky person in Mondandt. Even with saying this though, he is probably one of the most powerful pyro characters in the game.

When you look at his favorite food, he says that his favorite food is meat. Nothing more and nothing less. Just meat! I mean, yes. There are times when meat is the only answer.

So today we are going to be making some Homemade Hot pockets.

You can literally change the insides to be whatever you want.
I used:
- Chicken
- Broccoli
- Onions
- Bell peppers
- Pasta sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
And for the crust, I followed the Betty Crocker pizza crust recipe.

The first thing I did was cook up the chicken. And after it was cool I shredded it and added it to a big bowl where I put the other fixings as well. I chopped up the vegetables really finely.

Once I got the fixings together I started on the pizza crust. The recipe will be in the description down below.

You will need:
- All-purpose flour
- Sugar
- Salt
- Yeast
- Oil
- Warm water

You are going to mix together your flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Add your oil and warm water.

The recipe says to beat with an electric mixer. But this step can be done by hand. You want to scrap the bowl down frequently.

Stir in enough flour until the dough is soft and is able to leave the side of the bowl.

Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and knead it for 5 to 8 minutes or until the dough is smooth and springy.

Loosely cover the dough, and let it rest for about 30 minutes.

Preheat your oven to 425F.

For the homemade hot pockets. Once the 30 minutes have passed, you are going to start rolling out the dough. Unless you measure it out before, you aren’t going to get identical hot pockets.

You want to pinch off a fist-sized amount. And yes I understand that it is going to change from person to person. But that is the only way I know how to say it.

The next thing you want to do is roll it out, thinly but not as thin as a pie. Somewhere between a sugar cookie and a pie crust.

Once you have it rolled out you are going to grab a spoon and put the filling mixture in it.

To fold you are going to fold like you were folding a dumpling. Grab the ends and fold them in a circle.

Bake them at 425F for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. And enjoy.

These were so good, and such an interesting thing to have for breakfast. Even though I am not really one to talk about having weird things for breakfast. I have never been one to have the same thing every day for breakfast. What are some things that you all have for breakfast?

I hope that you liked this recipe. Feel free to check it out. See you in the next recipe. Thank you.
