Am I allowed to say the same thing? I did create it, so I doubt that they (Briella, Cordelia, and Dori) will mind too much.

“Sul Sul, Gerbits. My name is Robbie Birdie and I am going to be creating a baking therapy channel. Do you ever have those days? Where nothing is going the way you want it? Or the days where you can’t do anything? Well, most days when you are feeling like that you can always go into the kitchen and bake something.

Sometimes you just kneed to make some bread, or make a cake to feel better. Baking is obviously not always the answer, but it helps in the moment. You are concentrated on what you are baking, not anything else but the end product. And the only thing that matters is that it tastes good. It doesn’t even have to look pretty. As long as it tastes good then it is a win.

I always liked baking. Even when I was younger. I asked my parents for two things that every baker kid asked for, one of those kitchenettes and an easy-bake oven. I used both of these things.

When I was in high school I took all of the home and consumer sciences courses that I could. I even thought that I would go into teaching that subject. However, that did not go according to plan. And I didn’t really start baking as therapy until I started ‘Briella’s Winterfest Baking.” At the start of that, I was just solely making boxed brownies, and cakes.

But I didn’t care. I thought it was fun and it helped me in so many ways. In ways where baking really did become my therapy. After a few years of being in the kitchen I have become a little bit more comfortable, and a lot more adventurous when it comes to substitutions. I want to help others understand this love for baking too. I hope that you guys stay for a while and like these recipes that I am going to share with you. Vadish, Dag Dag.”
