Sul Sul, Gerbits. Today we are going to be making yet another banana Recipe. However, this time it is not going to be bread. It is a Banana Chocolate Chip Bar

For this recipe you are going to preheat your oven to 350℉.

The recipe and measurements will be in the description down below.

First thing you are going to do is mix together your dry ingredients. That is your flour, baking powder, and salt.

Next you are going to cream together your shortening and sugar in another bowl. You want this mixture to get light and fluffy.

To the sugar mixture you are going to add in the vanilla and egg.

Blend in the banana, and then the flour mixture.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Once you have the dough mixed. Spread it evenly over a greased and floured 10×15 -inch jelly roll or baking sheet.

You are going to want to bake this for 20 to 25 minutes. You want the doubt to look like a chocolate chip cookie. And the amount of baking is all about preference. Some people like having cookies that are crispy and others that want them to be chewy. The only thing that I can say about this is, no matter your preference you want the cookie to be done.

Let the bar cool in the pan for about 15 minutes.

Cut them into bars.

Cool them completely and enjoy.

I personally love the simple-ness of recipes like this. They are so much fun to do.

I hope that you liked this recipe. Feel free to check it out in the description down below. Vadish, Dag Dag.
