Sul Sul, gerbits. Today we are going to be making another recipe that I made for my mom on Mother’s Day. It was a recipe that I found in my cookbook collection and immediately thought of my mom. The recipe is called “3 Layer Dessert.”

The first layer is the crust. The only time you are going to bake something in your oven. You will preheat it to 350℉. Line a 10×7 inch baking dish with parchment paper.

You are going to need flour, oleo, and chopped walnuts. Cut them together and press them into the baking dish. You may be wondering to yourself, “what in the world is oleo?” Well it is what you would call margarine or butter.

You are going to bake the crust for about 10 to 12 minutes. Take it out of the oven and let it cool before you put the next layer on top.

For the middle layer you are going to need: powdered sugar, an 8 oz package of cream cheese, and 1 large container of cool whip. Which is about 16 oz. Making sure to save at least one cup of the cool whip for the top of this dessert.

You are going to cream together the sugar and cream cheese. Fold in the cool whip, again saving one cup for the top. Now once the bottom layer is cool, place the cream cheese, cool whip layer on top.

The top layer consists of 2 boxes of instant lemon pudding, and 3 cups of cold milk. You are going to whip them together and put it on the middle layer.

Spread the remaining cool whip on top of the pudding, and garnish with chopped walnuts.

Cool before serving, so the middle layer can set.

While I was making this recipe, I had honestly no idea what I was making. Because it didn’t really say what it was. But looking at it, it was obviously a no-bake cheesecake dessert.

I only had good reviews about this recipe. I was told to start this recipe and to experiment with the recipe. With different puddings and different nuts. People who didn’t really care for lemon, loved this recipe. And the people who loved lemon, were obsessed with this recipe.

I hope that you liked this recipe. The recipe will be in the description down below. Vadish, Dag Dag.
