Peanut Butter Cookies

Sul Sul, Gerbits! I just want to apologize in advance to those who have a peanut allergy. Because this is one of my family’s favorite cookies. It is SO very simple.

There really is no recipe per say.

Preheat you oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

You just need three ingredients: 1 cup of peanut butter, 1 cup of sugar and 1 egg.

You can easily double or triple the recipe, if you have the right ingredients.

For this recipe, in a medium sized mixing bowl you are going to add all your ingredients and mix them together.

With a small cookie scoop, measure out your cookies.

With a fork, you are going to press into the cookie. Giving it the signature peanut butter cookie look.

With these cookies, there are two types of people. The ones that want crispy, and the ones that want chewy cookies. It is easy to get both with this recipe. For the chewier cookies you are going to bake them for 8 minutes. For the crispy cookies you can bake them for 10 minutes.

And you will be able to please both types of people with this recipe.

This recipe has been passed down from generation to generation. It is such a simple and easy recipe that I am in love with. I hope that you liked this recipe. Vadish, Dag Dag!
