Sul Sul, gerbits. Long time no see. *haha* Sorry. I know that you are probably tired of me doing cake mixes. However, I just want to share with you.

In this recipe, we are going to be making Dalit’s cake. She wanted a red velvet cake with a twist. She wanted a blue velvet cake.

You are going to preheat your oven 350℉. And you can prepare your cake pans or your 9×13 inch pan however you like.

Mix your cake mix, eggs, milk, and oil for 30 seconds.

After the 30 seconds is done. Mix on medium speed, or vigorously with a whisk for 2 minutes.

Once the 2 minutes is done, pour the batter evenly into your cake pans.

Bake for 34 minutes.

Cool completely before frosting. With a red or blue velvet cake, the best frosting in my opinion is a nice cream cheese frosting.

To make a cream cheese frosting you are going to need: butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.

With an electric mixer combine your butter and cream cheese until they are well blended.

Slowly add your powdered sugar and your vanilla.

Beat it until the mixture is creamy.

Frost your cake to look pretty or don’t. It’s really up to you. Whether you want to frost your cake or not. There are times when just a plain cake hits the spot.

I hope that you guys liked this recipe. I can promise you gerbits, that the next recipe that I share with you will not be a boxed mix. Feel free to like and subscribe for more recipes in the future. Vadish, Dag Dag.
