Sul Sul, Gerbits. Today we are going to be doing a brownie mix. But this one is a little bit different.
It is a cookie dough brownie mix. Where the brownie is on the bottom and the cookie dough is on the top.
First things first, preheat your oven to 325℉. Spray or grease the bottom of the pan.
For the brownies: Mix 2 tablespoons of water, melted butter, and an egg with the brownie mixture until it is just combined. Spread the brownie in the bottom of the pan.
For the cookies: mix 1 tablespoon of water and softened butter in another bowl with the cookie mixture. And stir until just combined.
Drop the cookie dough by the rounded teaspoons evenly onto the brownie batter.
Bake as directed on the box. For me, it was about 43 minutes. Just make sure to follow the instructions on the box you have at home or where ever you are making these cookie brownies.
These were pretty good. It combined two of my favorite things. Cookies and brownies. I love combination things like this. It was very unique and different.
