Sul Sul, Gerbits! Today we are going to be making a classic after-school snack. Toll House chocolate chip cookies.

There are many different recipes out there that claim to be the best. However, this recipe is the only recipe that I use when talking about chocolate chip cookies. For me, there are no other recipes.

The recipe will be described below.

The first you are going to do is preheat your oven to 375 degrees.

In a small mixing bowl, you are going to mix your dry ingredients of flour, baking soda, and salt.

In a larger bowl, you are going to beat together the butter, both granulated sugar and brown sugar, and vanilla extract.

Next, you are going to add your eggs one at a time. Mixing well after each addition.

Slowly add your flour mixture to the cookie dough.

Fold in the morsels and nuts, if desired. The nuts, not the chocolate chips.

Measure out tablespoon cookies onto ungreased baking sheets.

The baking time changes with ovens, so bake according to your oven’s preferences. The recipe says to bake for 9-11 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown. I baked them for 8 minutes.

These cookies are so simple, yet so good. These are some cookies that are always devoured in my house. I hope you liked this recipe. Make sure to like and subscribe for more recipes like this one in the future. Vadish, Dag Dag!
