Cake mixes are such an easy thing to experiment with. Today’s experiment is a zucchini apple cake.
Preheat your oven to the temperature your cake box has directed you to use.
In this case, I used milk, eggs, oil, cinnamon, apples, and zucchini.
Add the cake mix, cinnamon, milk, eggs, and oil to a mixing bowl.
Mix for 30 seconds, or until just combined.
Then on medium speed for about 1 minute.
After your timer goes off, fold in your zucchini and apples.
Bake for the time on the box, according to the dish you are baking it in.
Once it is cooled you can eat it. This recipe and most cake recipes don’t need frosting.
I know that cake mix recipes are so simple. But sometimes simplicity is the thing that people in the world need in the minute.
