Brownie Mix Cookies

Sul Sul, Gerbits. Today we are going to bake something very simple and it is a twist on how you usually eat it. Brownie crinkle cookies.

First things first are you are going to preheat your oven to 350 degrees Farenheight.

In a mixing bowl, we are going to mix the brownie mix, flour, eggs, and oil. It may look very thick however that is the consistency you want for these cookies.

The recipe will be down in the description down below.

With a cookie scoop, small ice cream scoop, or a normal spoon you eat with start forming your cookies. You will want to scoop a small amount of cookie dough and roll the ball in powdered sugar.

Make sure to completely cover the cookie with powdered sugar.

Place the cookies on an ungreased cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart from one another.

Bake them for 8 minutes.

Let the cookies cool on a rack before eating.

These cookies were very simple to make. However, I used parchment paper, and I would advise not to do that. Because I had to throw some of the cookies away because they got stuck on the parchment paper.

Make sure to always read your cookbook multiple times.
