Chocolate Frosting
For the chocolate chip cake
Servings 1 Cake
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup margarine or butter softened
- 2 oz melted unsweetened chocolate cool
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla
- About 2 tablespoons milk
Directions
- Mix margarine and chocolate.
- Stir in powdered sugar.
- Beat in vanilla and milk until the frosting is of spreading consistency.
- Fills and frosts two 8 – 9 inch layers or frosts a 9 X 13-inch cake.
