Ingredients

2 cups powdered sugar
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla
About 2 tablespoons milk

Method

Mix margarine and chocolate.
Stir in powdered sugar.
Beat in vanilla and milk until the frosting is of spreading consistency.
Fills and frosts two 8 – 9 inch layers or frosts a 9 X 13-inch cake.
