Hello, every birdy . Today we are going to be making something that I honestly didn’t know that you could do. It makes me think of all the years of throwing out the all of the pumpkin seeds. And also I picked this recipe for Sayu because she likes things that will help her grow taller.

Sayu is not a Tanuki, racoon yokai (Japanese Folk Lore “monster) , she is a Mujina, which is a badger yokai. She is a practicing Ninja from Inazuma. Her favorite food is something that is high carbed foods that give you instant energy. That is why I choose Pumpkin Seeds.

I have experimented with making these. The second time I tried to Roast Pumpkin seeds I was unable to do so because some critters got a hold of them and decided it was an amazing buffett.

I made it a few other times and it tasted good.

The first thing that you want to do is bring a pot of salt water to a boil. Add your seeds and boil it for 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes drain it, and pat the pumpkin seeds dry with either a paper towel or a kitchen towel.

You are going to preheat your oven to 325 degrees.

The ingredients that you are going to need are:
- Butter, or oil
- Honey (omit and use brown sugar, this works the same)
- Sugar
- Pumpkin pie spice
- Cinnamon
- Nutmeg
- Ginger
- Cloves
- All Spice

Place pumpkin seeds in a bowl.

Mix buter and honey or brown sugar in a small bowl.

Pour this mixture over the pumpkin seeds and toss to coat.

Mix the sugar and the pumpkin pie spice mix together in a small bowl. Slowly sprinkle the spice mix over the pumpkin seeds and stir to evenly coat each seed.

Spread the pumpkin seeds evenly over a cookie sheet, lined with parchement paper.

You want to have a single layer of pumpkin seeds so you don’t have a chunk of pumpkin seeds. That would be hard to eat.

Roast the seeds somewhere between 20-30 minutes or until the seeds are brown and crunchy. You have to make sure that you turn your seeds every 10 minutes to ensure that they are evenly browned.

This recipe was such an easy thing to do, and I love the taste of pumpkin seeds. Who knew that they were actually edible?

I hope that you liked this recipe. Feel free to check out the recipe in the description down below. Thank you. See you in the next recipe.
