Sul Sul, Gerbits. Today is a very simple recipe. We are going to be making a lemon cake mix.
There are times when you just really need something sweet. And you don’t have much time or energy.

Preheat your oven to 350℉. Prepare two cake pans. Everyone has a different way to do this.
For me, I spray the pans with non-stick spray and lightly flour the bottom of the pan. It helps when you are taking them out of the pan.
You are going to want a medium-sized bowl.
In the bowl, you are going to combine your cake mix, eggs, milk, and oil.
With an electric mixer, you are going to mix everything for about 30 seconds.
Then on medium speed mix for 2 minutes.
Pour the cake batter into the prepared cake pans, and bake for 30 minutes or whatever the time says on the box.
You know it is done when you insert a toothpick into it and it comes out clean.
Feel free to decorate it however you feel.
Now, I know that cake mixes are different from homemade cakes. Like I said earlier, sometimes you just need a convenient sweet for the end of the day.
