delicious homemade peach cake slice on plate

Sul Sul, Gerbits! It’s such a unique time in the world right now. I was lying awake the other night wondering how I would make these cakes. The triplets today are going to be YA’s and I wanted to make them each a unique cake. However, I  am just going to be talking about one of the cakes.

This cake has no recipe, it just came into my brain, while I was sleeping. I will share with you what I did.

The ingredients you are going to need are:

  • a white cake mix or any cake mix of your choosing
  • eggs
  • water
  • oil
  • Vanilla pudding mix
  • milk
  • some sort of canned fruit. I used peache
  • For the topping, you can do some toasted coconut.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

The first thing that you are going to do is make your cake.

Remember to have a timer with you or use your phone as a timer.

In a large bowl, you are going to blend the cake mix, water, oil, and eggs at low speed for 30 seconds.

Set your timer for 2 minutes. And beat together at medium speed until the timer goes off.

Pour the batter into the pans and bake them immediately.

Bake the cake for 26 to 31 minutes. Or until poked with a wooden pick it comes out clean.

While the cake is in the oven, you can work on your pudding.

Pour the vanilla pudding, or whatever pudding you have, into a bowl. Add your milk. Whisk it together, and chill it, in the refrigerator.

While that is chilling you can get your canned fruit, and drain the syrup into a bowl. You are going to add this to the pudding.

Once the cake is done, before it cools completely, you are going to poke holes into the cake. Add the pudding with the fruit. This will look kind of strange, but it will taste really good.

For the topping, you can add toasted coconut. You don’t have to, but it gives the cake another different texture.

So, this cake is nothing like I have ever made before. I was honestly stressing about this cake because I knew that I wanted to give them a unique cake. But, with everything being chaotic, I didn’t know how this cake was going to turn out.

I liked this cake, and so did the girls. I can’t believe that my babies are going to be Young Adults. I feel so old. I hope that you guys liked and were able to follow this recipe. Make sure to like and subscribe for more recipes like this one in the future.
