  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoon oil whatever oil you have on hand
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • Protien of choice:
  • Canned chicken
  • Pulled cooked chicken
  • Canned pork
  • Beans pinto and black
  • Veggie of choice:
  • Cabbage
  • Potato
  • Zucchini
  • Carrot

Directions

  • When deciding what to use. Look in your pantry and wherever you store your produce, and see what needs to be used up the most. This way, you are saving on food waste.
  • For these Pancakes I made zucchini and canned chicken pancakes. And everyone loved them.
  • You make the pancakes like you would if you were making normal ones.
  • In your bowl, mix the flour, egg, oil, milk, salt, and baking powder.
  • Add your zucchini or vegetable.
  • Add your canned chicken or protein.
  • Add Korean Chili Pepper Flakes and salt or desired spices.
  • Heat your griddle to about 350 F. Bake for about 2-4 minutes on one side. Or until small bubbles start to form. Flip and cook on the other side for about the same amount of time.
  • For the sauce:
  • Add enough mayo to a bowl, and then add one or two teaspoons of soy sauce.
  • Mix.
  • Add on top of your pancake.
