  • 1 lb Ground Beef Food Bank / 6.29 - Wegman's or 1 pt canned Beef (Food Bank)
  • Chopped onion to suit your taste $0.75
  • ½ tsp salt $0.76
  • ¼ tsp pepper $3.66
  • 1 cup shredded cheese any white kind (Food bank / 1.94)
  • 1 ½ cup milk Food Bank / $1.62 ½ Gallon
  • 1 box Jiffy Food bank / 0.93
  • 3 eggs 1.97 or Food Bank

Equipment

  • 1 Pie Plate
  • 1 Skillet
  • 1 Spatula

Method
 

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Grease a 10-inch pie plate.
  3. Cook and stir the beef and onion until brown.
  4. Put it in a plate.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.
  7. Pour over beef and cheese.
  8. Bake 30 minutes.
