Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef Food Bank / 6.29 – Wegman’s or 1 pt canned Beef (Food Bank)
- Chopped onion to suit your taste $0.75
- ½ tsp salt $0.76
- ¼ tsp pepper $3.66
- 1 cup shredded cheese any white kind (Food bank / 1.94)
- 1 ½ cup milk Food Bank / $1.62 ½ Gallon
- 1 box Jiffy Food bank / 0.93
- 3 eggs 1.97 or Food Bank
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Grease a 10-inch pie plate.
- Cook and stir the beef and onion until brown.
- Put it in a plate.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.
- Pour over beef and cheese.
- Bake 30 minutes.
