Method
- You are going to grab two bowls. One for your eggs. The other for your flour mixture. (Flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, spicy pepper, ponko.)
- Start assembling your fish. Dunk the fillet in the egg mixture, then into the flour. If you want really crunchy, you can do that mixture again.
- Air fry them for about 20 minutes or until they look done.
