Ingredients
  

  • Flour
  • Cornstarch
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Option other spice cayenne pepper Gocchuggan, or some other chili
  • Opitional Ponko
  • Eggs

Method
 

  1. You are going to grab two bowls. One for your eggs. The other for your flour mixture. (Flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, spicy pepper, ponko.)
  2. Start assembling your fish. Dunk the fillet in the egg mixture, then into the flour. If you want really crunchy, you can do that mixture again.
  3. Air fry them for about 20 minutes or until they look done.
