
Sugar Cookie
The only sugar cookie recipe that I have known since the time I would help my mom make them.
Cost$0.04 per cookie or $3.37 per batch
Ingredients
Method
- Cream butter and Sugar.
- Add eggs and beat until fluffy.
- Stir together dry ingredients.
- Add alternately with milk to the creamed mixture.
- If the dough is too sticky, add flour to handle it.
- Roll ¼ inch thick on well-floured pastry cloth.
- Cut into shapes.
- Bake at 375 for 8 minutes.
- Cool on racks.
- Makes approximately 75 to 100 cookies.
