Cuisine: American
CostPer Serving: $0.48 or Per Batch $5.72

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 3 cups dry brownie mix
  • 8 oz. brick cream cheese room temperature
  • ¼ cup chocolate syrup
  • 2 snack brownies chopped optional
  • Sprinkles for garnish are optional

Method

  1. In a large bowl, add whipping cream and beat until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  2. In a separate large bowl, add in the dry brownie mix and cream cheese. Beat on medium for about 1 – 2 minutes. It may not come together yet.
  3. Add in chocolate syrup and beat on medium until the batter comes together into a ball.
  4. Add the whipped cream to the bowl with the stiff brownie batter. Beat until the brownie batter and whipped cream are incorporated and light in color. It should be pretty fluffy and creamy.
  5. Fold in the bits of brownie now if you choose to add them.
  6. Scoop the dip into a serving dish. Top with sprinkles and serve with pretzels, cookies, or graham crackers!
