I am going to be sharing two prices on my recipes. Food bank price / Store price.

What I mean by Food Bank Price is the price the recipe would be if you didn’t have to by some of the ingredients. Meaning you get some of the ingredients from the Food Bank or simply for free. Maybe your family member or neighbor has a garden and they give it to you for free.

Store price is simply that. All the ingredients are going to be bought from the store.

Potato Broccoli Soup

This would be a very yummy soup for a cold winter night.

  • 1 Pot
  • 1 Spoon

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Broccoli Frozen 1.16
  • 4 cups diced Potatoes Food Bank / 2 cans 1.92
  • 3 Eggs Food bank / 1.97
  • ¼ Can Cream of Chicken Soup Food Bank / 0.70
  • 2 cups milk Food Bank / 1.62 ½ Gallon

Instructions

  • Add water to broccoli and Potatoes.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Add raw eggs and cook until vegetables are soft.
  • Use a potato masher and mash slightly.
  • Add chicken soup and stir.
  • Add milk and heat slowly.
