Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Flour $2.38 5 lb bag
  • 2 tsp baking powder $1.98
  • 5 Tbsp margarine $1.28
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs Food bank / $1.97 per dozen
  • 1 1/3 cup milk Food Bank / $1.72 for 1/2 Gallon

Method
 

  1. Sift flour, then measure.
  2. Add other dry ingredients.
  3. Sift 3 times.
  4. To the well-beaten egg yolks, add the flour mixture with milk.
  5. Add margarine, which has been melted.
  6. Fold in egg whites and bake in a waffle Iron.
