Ingredients
  

  • 11 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 cup butter softened
  • 6 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans

Method
 

  1. beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  2. Beat in confectioners’ sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
  3. Stir in pecans.
  4. Spread frosting between layers and over top and side of cake.
  5. Store cake in the refrigerator.
