Ingredients
- 1 pkg Chocolate Sandwich Cookies 20 oz (Oreos)
- 1/4 cup Butter or Margarine
- 1 pkg Mini Marshmallows 10 oz
Directions
- Place sandwich cookies into a large sealable bag and crush into coarse chunks using a rolling pin.
- In a large saucepan over low heat, melt butter and mini marshmallows, stirring continuously until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in crushed cookies until well coated.
- Press into a parchment-lined 8x8 pan or shape into rustic individual lumps on parchment paper using greased hands.
