Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Chocolate Sandwich Cookies 20 oz (Oreos)
  • 1/4 cup Butter or Margarine
  • 1 pkg Mini Marshmallows 10 oz

Directions

  • Place sandwich cookies into a large sealable bag and crush into coarse chunks using a rolling pin.
  • In a large saucepan over low heat, melt butter and mini marshmallows, stirring continuously until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in crushed cookies until well coated.
  • Press into a parchment-lined 8x8 pan or shape into rustic individual lumps on parchment paper using greased hands.
  • Cool at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes until set. Break or slice into pieces.
