Ingredients

  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 3 cups dry brownie mix
  • 8 oz. brick cream cheese room temperature
  • ¼ cup chocolate syrup
  • 2 snack brownies chopped (optional)
  • Sprinkles for garnish optional

Directions

  • Whip: In a large bowl, add whipping cream and beat until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  • Mix: In a separate large bowl, add in the dry brownie mix and cream cheese. Beat on medium for about 1 to 2 minutes. It may not come together right away.
  • Bind: Add in chocolate syrup and beat on medium until the batter comes together into a soft ball.
  • Combine: Add the whipped cream to the bowl with the stiff brownie batter. Beat until the brownie batter and whipped cream are thoroughly incorporated and light in color. It should be fluffy and creamy.
  • Fold: Fold in the bits of brownie now if you choose to add them.
  • Serve: Scoop the dip into a serving dish, top with sprinkles, and serve with pretzels, cookies, or graham crackers!
