Hey, everybirdy!Sometimes, life feels a little cluttered—both in our heads and in our kitchens. When I’m feeling overwhelmed by a messy pantry (or a messy mind), these “Everything” cookies are my go-to. Instead of worrying about a perfect grocery list, we’re going to embrace the chaos and use exactly what we have on hand.

đź“‹ The Therapeutic Benefit: Clearing the Clutter
There is a specific kind of peace that comes from “clearing the decks.” By taking those half-empty bags of chips, nuts, or chocolate and turning them into something delicious, you’re practicing a form of mental organization. It’s about taking “scraps” and realizing they still have immense value.
Baking Tip:
The “Golden Ratio” is key! As long as you keep your base dough measurements the same, you can swap your mix-ins for almost anything. Use a 1:1 ratio for whatever “bits and bobs” you find in the back of the cupboard.
Texture Trick:
If you have leftover pretzels or potato chips, don’t over-crush them! Leave some bigger chunks for that “Salty-Sweet” crunch that makes these cookies feel like a gourmet treat.

âť“ Common Baking Questions (Q&A)
Q: My dough is too soft to scoop—what do I do?
Robby: If your pantry were warm, your butter might be too soft. Pop the dough in the fridge for 15 minutes to firm it up!
Q: Can I use cereal as a mix-in?
Robby: Absolutely! Cornflakes or crispy rice cereal add an amazing crunch.
Final Thoughts
These cookies are a reminder that you don’t need a “perfect” situation to create something wonderful. Sometimes, the best things come from the leftovers we almost threw away. I hope this bake helps you clear some space in your kitchen and your mind today.
