Hey everybirdy!
Long time no see. Since the last time we spoke, I’ve grown out my hair and maybe grown a little bit as a person, too. But one thing hasn’t changed: my love for sharing “Baking Therapy” with all of you. Today, I’m thrilled to announce a brand new series on the blog: Briella’s Pantry Baking.

What is “Pantry Baking”?
Unlike my Winterfest series, which was all about holiday flavors, this series is focused on simplicity and accessibility. We are going to explore recipes that use the basic ingredients most people already have sitting in their cupboards—no fancy shopping trips required!
I’ll also be sharing bakes inspired by whatever fresh fruits and vegetables I have on hand that day, making this a true “Stretching the Dough” experience.

Why This Series is My Current Baking Therapy
Life can get complicated, but your kitchen shouldn’t be. This series is my way of finding peace in the “essentials.” There is something so grounding about reaching into your pantry and realizing you already have everything you need to create something delicious. It’s about being present, being resourceful, and just keeping it simple.
Happy baking!
