From PA: Seasoned with Love.

When I look at “Salad’s” like this one I can’t help but do the little gingle from “Amber That Midwestern Mom”: ~Minnesota salad’s that aren’t really Salads. ~

I kept hearing that little tone when I was reading these cookbooks because there are so many salads in these cookbooks that have no right to be called salads. But here they are in every cookbook. One or two “Salads.” Does that mean that they are bad and you shouldn’t make it. No, quite the opposite actually.

You should make it for your next event because this one is extremely easy to make and it would empress your friends if you tell them you are going to be making a salad.
