Sul Sul, Gerbits! I have to be honest with all of you. Today is our last video, and I wanted to make something special for the ending of my baking series. However, with the lack of flour, anywhere, we are going to be making another boxed cake.

Today we are going to be making frosting for the cake. It is really simple, you just need:
- powdered sugar
- butter or margarine
- vanilla,
- some milk.
And if you are short on powdered sugar, you can make it yourself. All you need to make your powdered sugar is regular:
- white sugar
- corn starch.

So for this recipe, it calls for 3 cups of powdered sugar. So, in a blender or food processor, you are going to measure 3 cups of regular white sugar and 1 tbsp of corn starch. Blend them for 1 to 2 minutes. Be careful when you take the lid of the blender or food processor because there will be a line of dust.

For the cake mix, you are going to need some eggs, water, and oil. The recipe and measurements will be down in the description below.

You can make the frosting before the cake. You are going to mix in your powdered sugar and the butter.

Once it is creamy, you are going to add your vanilla and milk. If the frosting is is too thick, add a little bit more milk.

Put the frosting in the fridge until you are ready to use it.

You are going to Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Make sure to spray your pan or pans with a non-stick spray and lightly coat the bottom with flour. This helps the cake to not stick to the bottom.

In a larger mixing bowl, you are going mix together your cake mix, water, oil and eggs for 30 seconds, at low speed. Just until everything is moistened.

Then you are going to mix at medium speed for 2 minutes.

Pour the batter into your prepared pans and bake them immediately.

Bake for 26-31 minutes. Make sure to follow the back of the cake mix, because every box is a little bit different. I used a 9 x 13 pan, so if you are using two cake pans it is going to be different. So make sure to follow the directions on the back of the box.

Let it cool completely before frosting. Every baker has a different method for this. I just put the frosting on top of the cake, and it was very strange.

I can’t even be to tell you all how this series has helped me. I want to sincerely thank you. I will be making one more final farewell video, so I look forward to that. I want to thank you for being there. Vadish, Dag Dag!
